Smoked cheese roulade

This is our superior product, made from ripened cheese and fresh cheese matter. The mixture is treated by smoke-curing process. After cooling process we have final product. This sausage-shaped cheese has a semi-firm texture and a mellow, milky and a bit spicy flavor. It typically has a brown outer skin, which is a result of the curing process.
